General meeting information
Your hotel room has been paid for the nights of 15, 16 and 17 November, with a few people on a slightly different overnight schedule. If you have questions about the dates of your reservation, please contact Anne.
Any hotel charges besides room, room tax, and breakfast are your personal responsibility. You may need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment of any additional charges.
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in is not allowed, but guests are able to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in.
Breakfast is included for the mornings of 16, 17 and 18 November and is served from 0700 - 1030 each morning.
Meeting room: To enter the building, find the keypad near the main door and locate the button that is below the other buttons and has no numbers on it. Push this button to gain access to the building. The conference room is on the second floor.
Lunches have been arranged for 16 and 17 November as part of the meetings.
A group dinner at Kitchen Ter(re) is planned for Thursday 16 November at 1900.

Reimbursement
We are working with a limited budget, and we ask you to keep this in mind during your travel. We encourage you to take the least expensive form of transportation and/or to share transportation whenever possible.
A receipt is required for each item submitted for reimbursement. The exception would be single trips on public transportation that are less than $5.00.
If a meal is provided as part of the meeting, you cannot be reimbursed if you choose to have that meal somewhere else. For instance, if breakfast is being provided at the hotel then breakfast at a restaurant would not be eligible for reimbursement.

Transportation
Charles de Gaulle Airport to Hotel Oratio
- From Terminals 1 and 3, take the Metro station from Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1
- From Terminal 2, take Metro station Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 - TGV
- Look for signs that point you to the RER B line or “Paris By Train.” The big green train ticket machines sell one-way RER tickets for €10. These trains run every 15 minutes
- Get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame (about a 10-minute walk to hotel)
- Head southeast on Quai Saint-Michel toward Petit Pont-Cardinal Lustiger (17 m)
- Continue onto Quai de Montebello (130 m)
- Turn right onto Rue Lagrange (82m)
- Turn left to stay on Rue Lagrange (160 m)
- Continue straight onto Rue Frédéric Sauton/Pl. Maubert (58 m)
- Continue onto Rue Monge (130 m)
- Turn right onto Rue des Bernardins – Destination will be on the right 25 m)
