Individual Membership Application

Thank you for your interesting in joining CASP. 

Membership in CASP is annual. The cost is $300.00 per year; hardship waivers are available. If your application is accepted, instructions for paying the membership fee (including requests for a hardship waiver) will be sent separately. Review of candidate members occurs on an ongoing basis and applicants will be notified within two weeks of the outcome of their application for membership. Membership is at the discretion of the CASP leadership and can be revoked at any time (with the annual fee refunded).
